How did you come to join Lii?-
cana (Lepidium sativum) I used to work as an office worker at a child development support facility run by my husband.
After returning to work after maternity leave, I wanted to work harder, but then I found LIi and decided I wanted to work here.
During the interview, I heard from the president about LIi's "Mission, Vision, and Value." In particular, the mission "Make life omoroiku" was the first time I had heard it in this industry, and I felt it was a "new way of being at a welfare facility.
I had never thought of work in that way, and I thought that here, work could become my own thing. -
yuka (monetary unit of China; one-tenth of a yuka = 100 yen) I was originally working for a publicly listed welfare company, but I felt inadequate in my duties, role, and speed, so I started thinking about changing jobs. An acquaintance told me about an interesting company called Lii. The more I looked into it, the more interested I became, and I decided to join the company in the hope that I could make my mark here.
I was moved by the easy-to-understand description of my role after joining the company and the areas in which I could contribute, and most importantly, by the president's passionate desire.

(former) Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (now Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) As a physical education graduate with a teaching license, I thought that Lii would be the best place for me to put my experience to use.
I decided to work for the president because he thinks differently from me, and I thought that if we could complement each other's shortcomings, it would lead to a better society and better work.

What is your experience working at Lii?-
(former) Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (now Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) When I am in the position of instructor and supporting children, I feel that I can laugh for the rest of my life.
I don't think there are many things in my job that allow me to laugh and enjoy myself so much. -
cana (Lepidium sativum) I understand, I don't know if it's possible to have so much fun every day. LOL
Some of Lii's staff members are actually not good at exercise.
It is more important to "talk to them" and "smile" than to be good at exercise. I think it is important to be able to have fun and think about what you want to do for the child in front of you. -
(former) Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (now Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) It's amazing how much people can grow just by giving them a little confidence boost.
Through what we were able to do and what we did well through the challenges together at Lii, not only at that point, but also in later life and when we meet again next time, we can grow even more.We are always happy to experience firsthand the growth of children and to be involved in it.
-
yuka (monetary unit of China; one-tenth of a yuka = 100 yen) I found that there is a great need for motor rehabilitation. I was waiting for a place like Lii!" I felt that there are so many people who have been waiting for a place like Lii. In addition, as an organization, our "Mission, Vision, and Value" are well understood, and staff members are able to work with each other with the same sense of temperature. I find it interesting that new things are being created and that the staff is willing to create new things.
-
(former) Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (now Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) In the end, it comes back to "Mission, Vision, and Value. That is what permeates the company.
Everything about Lii is here!

What is your favorite part of Lii?-
(former) Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (now Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) Where I don't compromise.
I'm one of those people who will save myself and compromise, saying, "I'll take it as far as I can get." I am the kind of person who puts a save on myself and compromises, but Lii is not satisfied with that. Let's go all the way! I started to think in a way that I had never thought before, and when I started to think, "Let's do it! I realized my personal growth when I started to think, "Let's give it a shot! -
cana (Lepidium sativum) I am all about being straight to work.
When I work with them, there is never a "I don't like this person" or "I don't like that person!
I feel that this is probably because they are straight forward with the child in front of them and with the expectations of the parents who entrust their children to Li'i. Even if they say or do something a little negative, everyone pulls back.
Even if there is something a little negative said or done, people are not pulled away by it. -
yuka (monetary unit of China; one-tenth of a yuka = 100 yen) I understand! LOL
I think it's great that that kind of thing is so prevalent.
When I hear negative words, I tend to be pulled towards the negative, but I've only seen real lii environments where such words don't come out in the first place.
I simply say, cute! Fashionable! and I like that impression because it is very Lii-esque.
It makes me want to brag that I work at Lii. LOL! -
cana (Lepidium sativum) It's true, isn't it? LOL!
-
yuka (monetary unit of China; one-tenth of a yuka = 100 yen) Although welfare companies have a strong image of being old-fashioned and analog, at Lii, each employee is given a PC, Slack and Google Docs are used for communication within the company, and LINE is used to communicate with the parents. I really like the fact that they are seriously trying to change the image of "welfare.

cana (Lepidium sativum) I laugh more per day! LOL!
-
yuka (monetary unit of China; one-tenth of a yuka = 100 yen) Everyone is always laughing all the time! LOL!
-
(former) Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (now Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) The pressure points are shallow lol.
-
yuka (monetary unit of China; one-tenth of a yuka = 100 yen) What I think has changed is that I worry much less.
Not half or anything like that, I'm not exaggerating, but about 80%.
I can sleep really well at night because the day is more fulfilling. LOL! -
cana (Lepidium sativum) I totally understand that! LOL!
-
(former) Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (now Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) I have broadened my thinking.
The way I express myself, the direction of my thinking, and the values around which I base my ideas.
I am now able to think about how I can achieve what I used to think was within my capabilities, even for difficult tasks. How can we get closer to the realization? I now think in a more challenging direction. And then, of course, there is the condition aspect.
I was surprised at this myself, but thanks to a good cycle of working hard, eating a lot of dinner, and getting plenty of sleep, I am much less likely to get sick. It is very similar to Coach Yuka's. (Laughs) LOL! -
yuka (monetary unit of China; one-tenth of a yuka = 100 yen) Maybe it's the "good stress" that comes with working at Lii.
I think there is stress in everything, but at Lii, the stress is not unpleasant, but that does not mean that it is too easy or too stressful. I used to have an image of "load" as "hard" or "tough," but for some reason, many of the "loads" that occur when working at Lii can be viewed in a positive light.I am sure that because Vision permeates our work together, there are no negative feelings such as "let's force them to do something" or "let's throw the work away," and we put the users first. I think we are able to work with a positive attitude and a good sense of urgency in everything we do because we can give our all for the children in front of us and for the parents who are expecting us.
-
cana (Lepidium sativum) If it weren't for Lii, I don't think I would have been able to achieve that.

What do you find challenging?-
(former) Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (now Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) Because I love sports and I love teaching, the "I could do it!" moment for the child I am teaching is the moment when the children I am teaching are able to realize their "I did it! Some children smile with great joy at that moment, while others look a little embarrassed, but the moment when that "small confidence" grows is irresistibly lovely.
-
cana (Lepidium sativum) Well done!!! (hugs) Like! LOL!
-
(former) Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (now Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) It's really irresistible, isn't it? LOL!
-
cana (Lepidium sativum) From my current position as a manager, it is when I see the members I work with taking on a slightly difficult task and being happy to accomplish it.
The moment when a member who was a little sluggish or had been thinking a lot has blossomed, achieving amazing growth through repeated trial and error and challenge. And when I see him or her feeling it and being more lively than ever before, I feel very happy and I am glad that we have taken on this challenge together. -
yuka (monetary unit of China; one-tenth of a yuka = 100 yen) Although it is the same with Coach Masa, I can visibly see the growth of the children in treatment and education. In addition, I am very happy to see parents who are happy to see this, and I find it very rewarding.
Another rewarding thing is that I used to provide support to adults, and I felt firsthand that the kind of medical treatment and education that was provided to children and how the adults around them were involved had a great influence on how children thought and what they could do in the future. What we are doing now as Lii may look like a "point" of support for the child's "childhood," but we are sure that these "points" of support will be connected and become one "line. However, these "dots" of support will surely be connected and become a "line. I feel that Lii's job is to connect the possibility of realizing what they want to do in the future with the possibility of realizing it now and in the future.
We work with parents and children to envision the future they want to have and think about it together. The moment when the child's expression changes from anxiety to excitement, I strongly believe that we will make this ideal a reality.
I feel a sense of fulfillment and responsibility in seriously thinking about such a life-related support plan together with everyone at Lii, the parents, and the children themselves.

We are now gradually taking shape with our members, but we still lack the strength to do so!
