Our job is to increase children's successes and their self-confidence while having fun exercising and working with them through sports. Ri, Inc. is currently recruiting for the following positions.

■Coach (Child instructor/Caregiver)

Work to support and guide your child's exercise from program development to exercise according to their support plan. You do not have to be good at exercise! We will create an environment where your child can be challenged and enjoy exercise. An important role of a child instructor/coach is to support children in taking on many challenges and helping them build their confidence!

■Coach (PT/OT)

Work to support and guide children in their exercise from program development to exercise according to their support plan. ■Coordinator (Child Development Support Manager)

We listen to the child's feelings and goals, as well as the parents' intentions and wishes, and create an individualized support plan. As a good understanding partner for the parents, we work together with preschools, kindergartens, schools, and the community, sometimes worrying and thinking together, to support the child's future.

10:00 Departure from the office

They get dressed, have a morning meeting, and prepare for the day's support and visitors. The staff is full of energy in the morning. Preparation is perfect!
10:15 Start of support

Full engine start in the morning!
One 95 minute x level-specific small group.
Overwhelmingly cheerful and fun!
11:50 Recording

Feedback and record work on the children we have helped. This is an important time to keep track of growth at that time.
12:00 Break
