    ■Coach (Child instructor/Caregiver)

    Work to support and guide your child's exercise from program development to exercise according to their support plan. You do not have to be good at exercise! We will create an environment where your child can be challenged and enjoy exercise. An important role of a child instructor/coach is to support children in taking on many challenges and helping them build their confidence!

    ■Coordinator (Child Development Support Manager)

    We listen to the child's feelings and goals, as well as the parents' intentions and wishes, and create an individualized support plan. As a good understanding partner for the parents, we work together with preschools, kindergartens, schools, and the community, sometimes worrying and thinking together, to support the child's future.
