The company opened "Lii sports studio Kobe Motomachi" in January last year as its first store in the Kansai area. The number of users has tripled in nine months and the utilization rate has grown steadily, ranking first among all seven stores in the area.

■ Background of Store Opening
In recent years, the number of people diagnosed with developmental disabilities in Japan has been increasing year by year. In addition, the decline in children's physical fitness has become a social issue, and the formation of exercise habits from early childhood is becoming more and more important.
We are developing "Lii sports studio," a child development support facility specializing in one-on-one exercise rehabilitation for preschool children, and currently open and operate a total of seven studios: four in Aichi Prefecture, one in Hyogo Prefecture, and two in Kanagawa Prefecture (*1).
(*1) The distinctive feature of the company is that it provides children diagnosed with developmental disabilities and children in the gray zone with opportunities to enjoy game elements while strengthening their bodies and acquiring social skills by adopting "digital sports rehabilitation (*2)," a combination of sports and digital technology that has been attracting attention in recent years.
In addition to being used mainly by 3- to 5-year-old children, it is also used by 1- to 2-year-old children for parent-child separation before starting preschool. In the Kansai region, the first store, "Lii sports studio Kobe Motomachi," opened last January, and has grown steadily with the number of users tripling in 9 months and the utilization rate ranking first among all stores. (Nagoya, Aichi, Japan, President: Ayumi Hirose), operator of "NanaGymM," will hold its first informal ceremony on January 28 (Sat.) and 29 (Sun.), 2023.

We operate child development support facilities and other facilities specializing in sports rehabilitation and education with the aim of maximizing the growth and development of children's bodies and minds through exercise. It has been scientifically proven that raising the heart rate through exercise improves both physical and mental health and productivity, and contributes to people's well-being. Therefore, we will adopt a unique approach in our informal ceremony by first conducting an ice-breaker that involves physical exercise, followed by the ceremony.

Furthermore, as a major feature of our rehabilitation education, we will conduct a two-day training program to create "digital contents" with the aim of experiencing the world of rehabilitation education using not only conventional exercise but also original digital contents projected on light. The use of digital contents at the facility is an important measure because it allows children to develop their rules, social skills, cooperativeness, and creativity while having fun.

In addition to experiencing the benefits of the exercise themselves, this unique program aims to further improve understanding of the corporate culture through actual experience with Slack-based internal communication tools and purposeful thinking in the workplace.

1 Reference: Background of the launch of "7GYM" (details)
The number of people diagnosed with developmental disabilities in Japan is increasing every year and is expected to continue to grow. According to the "Report of the Expert Group on Special Support Education in the New Era" released by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in 2021, the number of children receiving special support education in special support schools, special support classes, and day classes is on the increase, while the number of children in compulsory education is decreasing every year. It is clear that the percentage of children with special needs is increasing.
　In this context, free early childhood education and care has been in effect since October 2019, and the cost of developmental support for children with disabilities aged 3 to 5 has also been waived. In addition, from October 2022, Nagoya City will also provide free support for children under 3 years old with disabilities, and support for preschool children is gradually being established.
　In addition, the current state of children's physical fitness has been called into question. According to the "National Survey on Physical Fitness, Exercise Ability, and Exercise Habits" released by the Sports Agency in 2021, the total physical fitness scores of both male and female elementary and junior high school students have declined compared to 2019. The decline is thought to be due to (1) a decrease in exercise time and (2) an increase in screen time other than for study. Based on the above survey results, in order to improve children's physical fitness in the future, it is necessary to develop children's love for exercise and sports and to work on forming exercise habits from early childhood.
　However, the current situation is that children who have obtained a day-care beneficiary certificate are not able to receive support due to the fact that they are no longer eligible for the free-of-charge program after entering elementary school and that there are not enough exercise-type facilities to reach children in need of support.
